  • 8 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 16 ounces all purpose flour

The dough will puff out around the string and make pumpkin shapes.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (about 170°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool on a cooling rack before removing the string.
