I don’t know about you, but I’m the worst at breakfast. When I started working from home full time, I think I assumed I would just get better at it and have a super healthy breakfast every day. However I soon fell back into the routine of getting up and getting on with my day too quickly and skipping breakfast.

Taking the time in the morning to make something that I know is nutritious and good for my body is something I’m constantly working on. This immune boosting green smoothie is absolutely perfect, it ticks all the boxes. It’s quick, it’s chock full of nutrients which is perfect now the colder months are drawing in.

- 2 Medjool Dates
- 2 Oranges (juiced)
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
